Hey humans welcome back to my blog. Today I’m gonna turn into a chef **searching for a chef emoji 🤣*🧑🍳 found it 😄. You’ve probably read that I can cook noodles , pasta sandwiches and much more as I’ve mentioned it on my What I ate // junk food edition// photo dump // rambling , music ,noodles and comfort ✨🤍🍜 I make alot of noodles cause I love it . It is so easy and comforting specially the broth .

Today I’m going to share my 2 most favourite ways of cooking instant noodles . I’m taking maggi noodles which are quite famous in India and now foreigners love it too. So let’s get ready to be hungry 😋.
Recipe 1 : Basic instant noodles 🍜
This recipe is for beginners who really doesn’t know ‘c’ of cooking .
Ingredients:
1) Instant noodles ( Maggi I took)
2) salt 🧂
3) chilli powder* optional* ( if your butt is ready to take on spicy-ness )
Now just heat your pan and add water . Add salt 🧂 then your seasoning packet * are you gonna eat the plastic no right ? So put your masala not the packet. I know that’s some common sense but common sense is also not common plus you’re a beginner 😜.
Then let it boil , add noodles . Let it simmer for 2 minutes if you like it dry then initially add less water otherwise make it soupy as I like it . If you want green onions then cut it and throw it on your noodles . Enjoy 😊.


Recipe 2 : let’s enter pro mode !
So let’s go!!!!! I’m taking the same noodle brand cause it’s my fav ❤️.
Ingredients
1) Veggies : Onions,bell pepper 🫑 ,chilli,garlic 🧄 ,tomato, take it as per your wish . I’m taking 1 onion ,1 bell pepper ,3 garlic as it’s very important to get that kick of garlic,1 red chilli ,1 tomato 🍅. Chop it off !!

2) Tomato sauce and red chilli paste ( chutney) I’m taking the one that I used to eat with momos . I saved it for later 。◕‿◕。.3) 2 Maggie packet. I also added some macaronis don’t judge me for this combo but it’s bombastic!

Heat up the wok add oil saute your veggies then add salt 🧂 it will make the process quick . Then add chilli sauce and tomato sauce . Stir . Then add chilli powder , Turmeric and Black pepper powder. Add water slowly . Add your noodles . Let it simmer for 3 -5 minutes again as per your choice how you want your noodles to be ! Then serve it in a bowl and what now ? Just look at it . Eat it dumb ! 🤣
