Hey everyone welcome back to my blog. I’m A.h.rudy, I was thinking about doing something but then a miraculous idea stucked in my mind . I’m starting a series or blog posts related to life problems or lifestyle things that everyone suffers with. It’s called writeflow Gyan .Gyan is a Sanskrit word ( I hope you heard about Sanskrit Language , the mother of all languages) it means knowledge. Providing you here some tips to follow for these issues. Let’s go 🙂.
Anger issues, The world we live in is full of anger triggers . For example my younger brother,too naughty drives me mad always. Sometimes situation becomes worse that you couldn’t control it .
What really is anger ?
Anger ( krodh in Sanskrit) , is a frustrated desire . Desire ? Confused? Lemme elaborate it . Suppose you’re at a bus station waiting for your bus 🚌. Then you saw an old women chewing bettle nuts , she looks at you and you saw the juice dripping out of her mouth . You feel irritated, disgust that why isn’t she eating properly? You will become furious and go away . After that your bus arrived you went on and saw the women next to your seat . You will outburst right ? This is because you want her to act your own way i.e perfectly. If someone is not doing it right you will become angry , if someone’s doing something you don’t like you will become angry . But lemme tell you you can’t control her actions . Only yours . How then do we stop this ?
Tips to ‘control’ anger ?
Control is emphasized here because no one can escape anger . Even in the most steady mind anger comes but they control it and here I’m not telling to not act or suppress your feeling, here I’m telling to change the way you will act , say politely to the one who’s actions are bothering you or irritating you . Don’t suppress it . If they still do it , then don’t be angry be smart . Find help and revolt not that way but get it through smartly and fight the situation.
1) Deep breath 🫁
Hoo haa ! Hoo haa! ( Deep Breath two times , saying this ) this will allow your brain to not get draped by the anger then your intellect will think and find alternatives to act accordingly rather than bursting out and abusing and all .
2) Close your eyes 👀
Close your eyes in front of the person, object that’s triggering your emotions. But remember lord’s face , Christ, Allah, Shree Krishna anyone that you worship. Remember you they stay calm all the time . Even when Ram was sent to exile , Christ was suffering, they remain calm .
3) Go away
Sometimes deep breath , closing eyes doesn’t work for anyone that like me . Don’t worry we’ve got it! Pause for 15 second, become motionless or in a still state . If you can don’t even breath in these 15 seconds if you can then only do it ! Then leave the situation and go away to walk or to talk with someone who can feel you at your worst . Or just walk for 10 mins in nature or anywhere . You will feel calm .
4) Write about it
If something has happened that triggering your emotions or anger specifically. Get back home and pull out a paper 📜 and 🖋️. Write about it furiously if you want , taking all your anger on it . Finished then take 2 deep breath 🫁 trash out the paper .
