Hey guys welcome back to my blog 😊. Today This post means alot to me because if you ever felt like overwhelming, emotions flooding and you can’t control. Your eyes become teary and you’re at your best to not cry 😢 but I know it’s so difficult cause all those bad things comes in your mind. It hurts , it hurts indeed ! But my advice is to let your emotions free and cry 😭 Yes . It’ll help you . You’ll feel little less stressed and more relaxed 😌. After that you might feel sad or weak but don’t worry here are some ways to cheer up!
- Listen to music
- Smile it releases hormones that make you feel better.
- Sleep believe it . It can give you happiness of like 4 days !
- Walk
- Eat your favourite food or something munchy .
- Watch a movie that you’re emotionally attached with
- Hug a teddy
- Make something that will give smile on your face
- Light up your room cause colours matters in your life
