Even potato salad and in India people make Sabji that is gravy vegetable soup thing that’s delicious even they make aloo paranta flat bread stuffed with spicy potatoes.

You’re everywhere people eat you with chicken or anything bcoz you add taste.

People can even grow u in their gardens to have a healthy delightful dinner!
